A Contextual View of Human Development

These first four pages, give a short introduction to some of the main systems that we, as humans, have developed to produce most of the products and services we consume and use. The journey began with foraging (hunting and gathering), and eventually evolved into agriculture, and finally also into industrial systems. This initial look, is mostly about institutions, structures, and flows, with a view of their relationships, interdependence, and feedback-loops with society and the environment.
